Classic car auction catalogues are available prior and can be ordered at Brightwells.com or you can view online at GAUK Motors where you can browse the list of vehicles being offered for sale as they become available. A valuer’s estimate of a cars likely selling price along with a record of date of registration, mileage and other details of the model and spec is attached each vehicle . It must be noted that estimates are only published as a rough guide and classic cars may sell for more or less on the day of the sale.

Always ensure you take advantage of the viewing days or turn up nice and early on the day of the sale to inspect the vehicles you may be interested. You will also need to register as a potential buyer if you plan on bidding. You can't bid on a classic car unless you have a registration number. Members of staff are always available at the auction and will be delighted to help with any questions. Also there are team members specially designated to assist new buyers and they can be found at the vehicle auction department.

Always check the commission rates in the catalogue before the sale and bear in mind that these rates are also subject to VAT. You will need to purchase a catalogue to obtain entrance to the auction hall on sale day.

Plant, Machinery and HGV sales take place monthly on 30 acre site at Shobdon Airfield. The auction sale consists of two sections, Machinery and Sundries each consisting of approx 400+ lots. Sales include a vast array of vehicles and equipment. Plant, HGV, Farm Machinery, Grounds Maintenance and Sundry items, attended by many overseas buyers.
