Over 40 years of experience, knowledgeable and friendly staff and excellent facilities combine to give you everything you need when you visit Burnley car Auctions. If you are selling a car ensure you have a correctly completed entry form, all relevant documentation and the vehicle in place by 6:30pm AT THE LATEST on the night of the sale.

A cash deposit is required on the fall of the hammer, this will hold the vehicle until the following morning when the balance must be paid by 12:00 noon.

Buyers Premium on the Monday and Thursday Car sales is £50 INC. VAT ON ALL LOTS. This is a safeguard for the buyer, to enable us to check the vehicle against the finance and stolen register and, for vehicles over £1500, to be checked against the V.C.A.R register.

All vehicles are SOLD AS SEEN, so you must be completely satisfied with what you are bidding for as the company cannot accept any complaints once the hammer has fallen.

AT THE FALL OF THE HAMMER THE VEHICLE BELONGS TO THE SUCCESSFUL BIDDER, this is a legally binding contract.
