RAW2K Online Car & Vehicle Auction online salvage and used car auctions commenced trading in March 2001 and operate an online salvage auction for the disposal of vehicles for a variety of the UK’s largest Insurers, Police Constabularies, District & City Councils, and Accident Management & Fleet Companies. There are thousands of used, salvage, cars, vans, motorcycles, scooters and seized vehicles for sale at any one time in the daily and weekly online auctions. The name RAW2K name represents Recycled Automobiles website and 2K for the year 2000 when the company was established.

Before a vehicle is listed for auction, the salvage cars are classed by one of four categories by the Association of British Insurers. These vehicle salvage categories include:

Category N (formerly Cat D) – vehicles with non-structural faults
Category S (formerly Cat C) – vehicles suffering notable structural damage
Category B – salvage cars with extensive structural damage
Category A – beyond any repair. Strictly scrap only
Category N (or Category D) salvage car is generally the most highly-sought types of salvage car with non-structural faults, one of the most lightly damaged cars.

Raw2k enjoy contracts with a wide spectrum of companies for which we arrange the collection and safe storage of vehicles. These vehicles will have varying degrees of accident damage, from breaker only to "Unrecorded", no damage vehicles.
