Birmingham is a 6-acre site with restaurant facilities specialising in a wide range of fleet and finance repossessions, offering over 30,000 vehicles per year.

The site provides a telesales department, a large storage area with refurbishment and reconditioning facilities and their own transporter fleet for collection and delivery services. Birmingham also provides a valeting service, Manheim Assured and Certified by RAC.

Exclusive to Motor Trade customers only, Simulcast is an internet–based service that allows a buyer to "attend" a physical auction from the comfort of their own office. Using the very latest online broadcast technology, the service allows the buyer to see and hear all the action from the Auction Hall and then, with the click of a mouse, bid and buy cars or commercial vehicles in real–time, competing against other online buyers as well as buyers who are actually in the Hall. Each Simulcast bid is immediately registered in the Auction Hall by a large plasma screen that flashes red
