Morgan Aero Super Sport 1931

The 1931 Super Sports Model was built for one year and is apparently very rare and sought after.
A 50 degree V twin OHV with a water-cooled wet sump motor, giving approximately 45 hp @ 3,500 rpm, this is the most powerful production JAP in a 3 wheeler, chain driven via a bevel box through 2 chains and dog sprockets to the rear wheel. Weight approx. 900lbs.
This ultra-rare, matching numbers cyclecar has been restored by Larry Ayers, life time Morgan 3 wheeler restorer/racer with the help of Bob Schmidt and Donna Del’Ario (for the interior leather upholstery).
Purchased from the US in 2009.
